14 Week Challenge

International Women's Day on 8 March, saw the theme #ChooseToChallenge trend on
social media.
We meet some pretty amazing and inspiring women every single day - we call them our #SoYouSisters
These are the ones standing by your side, encouraging you to believe in yourself and to look after yourself.
The ones who challenge you to do better, to question yourself, to push down barriers and to step outside of your comfort zone.
#SoYouSisters are not competing with you; they are championing you.
So, hot on the heels of #IWD2021, we are choosing to challenge - as from challenge comes change - and we want you to join us over the next 14-weeks.

Let’s get our toes and feet ready for those summer sandals with a pampering home pedicure.

Grab a foot file and banish any dry skin in a jiffy, before slipping them into a relaxing foot soak of your favourite oils or bubbles. Then simply sit back and relax for 10-minutes.

Pat dry before gently massaging and finishing with lotion or cream. For maximum absorption, simply pop on those fluffy socks – your feet will thank you for it.

And the benefits? Helps to relieve tension and stimulate circulation, as well as getting our tootsies primed and ready for our favourite nail polish.
